How it works
  1. 1Create a ProposalPilot account and configure a campaign.
  2. 2Install the Chrome extension and paste your workspace extension token.
  3. 3Keep Chrome logged in to Upwork. The extension uses your browser session and never asks for your Upwork password.
  4. 4The extension opens disposable Upwork tabs to read jobs, Connects, proposal analytics, and queued proposal pages.
  5. 5ProposalPilot saves the resulting job, proposal, queue, and analytics state in your dashboard.
Data and privacy
The extension reads only the Upwork and ProposalPilot pages needed to provide the product workflow. It sends job, proposal, Connects, analytics, and runtime-status data to ProposalPilot over HTTPS using your workspace extension token.
