Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using ProposalPilot and the limits of our responsibility.

Use of the service
ProposalPilot helps you organize searches, generate draft proposals, and submit work through your own connected browser session. You are responsible for how you use the product, what you submit, and whether each submission follows the rules of the platform you use.
Acceptable use
You may not use ProposalPilot to spam, impersonate, evade platform restrictions, scrape data you are not authorized to access, or submit misleading proposals. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, misuse, fraud, or activity that creates risk for the service or other users.
Platform enforcement
ProposalPilot does not control Upwork or any third-party platform. If your account is limited, suspended, or banned by a platform, that enforcement decision is outside our control. You remain responsible for reviewing platform rules, using the product conservatively, and accepting the risk of platform action.

Acceptable Use Policy

ProposalPilot is designed for careful, compliant use. These rules are the minimum baseline.

Rules for use
Access can be suspended when activity creates risk for the service or other users.
  • 1Do not use ProposalPilot to mass-submit low-quality or deceptive proposals.
  • 2Do not attempt to bypass platform rules, rate limits, or enforcement systems.
  • 3Do not submit proposals on behalf of another person without authorization.
  • 4Do not use stolen credentials, session data, or tokens.
  • 5Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
